Key leadership role actively managing in the field with the support of a direct manager that will allow you to work autonomously and be accountable for your region.**About the role**:**
- Reporting to the National Operations Manager our Regional Manager will provide leadership and management of a large, dispersed team of multidisciplinary operational and maintenance personnel for their specified region of QLD for our newly awarded NBN Co field module contract valued at $2.1 billion dollars. This is a continuation of our longstanding partnership with NBN Co and will deliver network assurance, service assurance, customer connections, service activation and other associated programs across all NBN Fixed Line technologies, including aerial infrastructure.
- You will ensure project execution in line with timelines, budgets, quality specifications, safety requirements and client expectations. This is a significant win for Ventia and your role as the Regional Manager will contribute to our success and align with our overall business strategy to redefine service excellence through customer focus, innovation and sustainability.

Based in our West End Brisbane office, this position offers flexible hybrid working with time in the office, work from home and on the road. You will be provided a tool of trade vehicle (TOT) as there is a need for travel within your region on a regular basis for on-site support and presence.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Proactively forecast, plan and review project execution in conjunction with relevant personnel in accordance with the program of work and other contractual requirements.-
Facilitate and manage a team of area manages for your region to ensure projects are delivered to budget, schedule and quality specifications.-
Be the primary point of contact for the engagement of subcontractors monitoring and managing performance and ensuring resources meet project delivery milestones.-
Promote innovative approaches to project issues and variations that optimise profitability whist ensuring service excellence.-
Drive strategic initiatives and improvements across the board in delivery, operational excellence, transformation programs, and safety to meet and exceed client expectations.-
Represent Ventia in the communities we operate to enhance the Ventia brand experience for those that rely on critical infrastructure for essential services.**About you**:
Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline.-
Well-developed Operational and Project Management exposure within a complex business at scale that are client facing.-
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capability working with large dispersed and diverse teams internally as well as subcontractors.-
Focus on driving continuous improvement while being a champion of safety and quality.-
Exceptional business acumen and written and verbal communications skills.-
Customer focused managing complaints and stakeholder escalations.-
Confident in business partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders including operational areas and members of our Telecommunications Leadership Team.-
To be successful in this role you will be required to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to undertake a security clearance police check.**About Ventia**:
