**Immediate Start-** Experienced and potential trainee Support Workers for one of our SIL houses in Kellyville, these shifts range from 4 to 8 hours. Shifts include Morning - 6am - 7am start times Afternoon and Sleepovers - 2pm and 3pm start times

**About Kairos Care Pty Ltd**

We are a new and fast-growing disability support service team with a mission of providing quality support to people with disabilities. The services we provide are as follows: Psychology and Counselling, Community Care Nursing, Domestic Assistance, Skills Workshops, and Daily Living Support. We pride ourselves with our service delivery model which is person centred and holistic approach.

**Duties include but are not limited to**
- Providing personal care support to promote optimum health and well being; Providing direct support to assist participants to access appointments, social and leisure pursuits;
- Working closely with families, professionals and other stakeholders.
- Working to meet the unique needs of each individual by following their individual Support plans and working towards their bigger life goals, assisting them to capture their achievements along the way;
- Effective documentation to ensure high quality, participant focus, safe and well organised operational services;

**Skills and experience**
- **Desirable **A completed Certificate III in Disability/Mental health or equivalent qualification **or willingness to obtain through a traineeship offered by Kairos Care**:

- Current Australian driver's licence and access to your own comprehensive insured vehicle**(required)**:

- Current First Aid Certificate

- We are currently recruiting for two houses ( female specific roles) and two houses ( male specific roles)
- Flexible availability( must be available to work afternoons,sleepover and weekend shifts )
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Effective time management skills and the ability to use your initiative
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm and flexibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $22.40 - $29.00 per hour
