**An experienced and reliable support worker available to work varied shifts. Willing and able to drive. Happy to undertake a mixture of in-home tasks (personal care, meal preparation, domestic duties) and community outings. Available to work shifts of 4:00---8PM**

**Key Selection Criteria**: Experience providing caring, high quality care support to people with disability and complex health needs
A great positive attitude and responsible nature
Demonstrated commitment to community integration and consumer participation, and commitment to Manica Health & Support Services values.
Excellent verbal communication and rapport building skills.
**Mandatory Requirements**:You must hold (or be willing to obtain), Current National Police Check
Current Yellow Card or National Disability Worker Screening Clearance
