In this 7 month fixed term contract as the Business Systems Support Specialist - you will ensure the continuous management of the B2B CRM system, ensuring data integrity and information security, through the ongoing delivery of key reports, systems training, release of changes and process improvement, with the experience of clients and stakeholders at the forefront.

The role will support the broader system administrative requirements of the B2B CRM and the eco-system it integrates with.

**How will I help?**
- Continuous management of CRM system, ensuring data integrity and information security, through the ongoing delivery of key reports, changes and process improvement
- Provide ongoing assistance for CRM system by delivering fundamental training material and sessions, both ongoing and when due to system changes or process improvements, ensuring consistent experience and outcomes
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for CRM, key systems and customer experience across Bupa wide forums, projects and changes that impact the International & Corporate Partnerships Team
- Work with the wider International & Corporate Team to implement all Bupa wide projects and changes that impact CRM, key systems and customer experience
- Create and execute technical system testing plans for I&C system for all change activities
- Assist Bupa in being a trusted health care partner and leader in workplace wellbeing by playing a key role in the design and execution of continuous improvement on processes

**What do I need?**
- Excellent presentation and communication skills essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in end-to-end project management and CRM/Billing software
- Experience with knowledge management systems
- Working with a Service delivery model
- Experience in a Health Insurance environment advantageous.
