We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as our Recycle Bin dispatcher at Alex Fraser based at our office in Derrimut. As a Recycle Bin dispatcher your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer experience to all our customers, and ensure our deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

**In your new role, you will**:

- Provide regular and prompt communication with all our drivers.
- Scheduling our fleet of Hooklift trucks daily using our software to co-ordinate the dispatch deliveries of our RecycleBins safely all over Melbourne.
- Adhering to all OHS and CoR policies and procedures.
- You will work closely with our production, transport, workshop, accounts, and customer service team to achieve safe and efficient operations.
- Shift hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
- It is important you enjoy dealing with customers, drivers and solving a moving puzzle Maybe you like Tetris?

**This role is a great fit if you have**:

- Previous experience in a customer service logistics/logistics-based role, high level Microsoft skills (MS Excel, Outlook) and high-level numeracy.
- Knowledge of the Chain of Responibility.
- Experience with aggregates, construction materials or concrete is desirable but not essential.
- Good directions and knowledge of Melbourne’s freeways, roads and streets is desirable.
- Dispatching or Allocation experience desired but not essential.
- The ability to quickly develop product/industry knowledge.
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- A high level of emotional resilience and a positive attitude.
- A positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work productively with solution orientated mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
