**Job Duties**:

- Provide world-class customer service for MineStar hardware and software.
- Advocate on behalf of the dealer and customer to resolve product issues.
- Create strong relationships with customers and dealers in your region.
- Provide rotational hotline coverage for MineStar Products.
- Resolving a high percentage of issues, and prompt escalation to advanced support when a quick resolution cannot be obtained.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- High school certificate or equivalent.
- PC Technical skills.
- Ability to learn complex software and hardware interactions.
- Mining industry experience.
- Customer support experience such as in a call center or helpdesk environment.
- Moderate level of knowledge in information technologies.
- Experience in Virtualization, Basic TCP/IP Networking, Database fundamentals
- Mechanical or electrical engineering experience.
- Troubleshooting or analytical mindset

**Additional information**:

- The location for this position is Brisbane, QLD or Perth, WA.
- Domestic relocation assistance is not available.
- This position may require 10 % travel.
- ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS - This position requires open pit and underground mine site support work at times.
- This team is responsible for 24/7/365 coverage, this will require non-standard shifts and weekend coverage on rotation.
- Sponsorship is not available.
