**About the Role**
**NextWave Partners are partnered exclusively with a product driven business with a focus in the energy sector. They are searching for a customer success manager who will be the main liaison for their key accounts in Australia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
- Establish clear client retention goals
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
- Upsell services and products with the brand image

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the energy sector particularly in Australia
- Experience of selling a software solution is key to understanding the product offering
- A track record of a high success of client retention and able to provide upsell opportunities for accounts worth 1m>

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Compensation package ranges between AUD150 - AUD180
- 25 days of annual leave is provided
- Remote working is afforded
