The Receptionist provides energetic and professional reception services and administrative support for the Sydney HQ, with contagious energy and a “can do” attitude As the voice and face of Red Bull, the Receptionist must exhibit the Red Bull values of professionalism, focus, responsibility and passion in everything they do The reception role is varied, no day is the same and your high level of involvement and responsibility aims to keep you challenged and engaged.
**FRONT OF HOUSE**
You will welcome visitors into HQ with energy and professionalism, managing in person guests, incoming calls and online enquiries with enthusiasm. Provide a meticulously clean and organised office environment overseeing the cleanliness, organisation and overall vibe of reception and all common areas of HQ. Coordinate courier & mail distribution, stationery and food and beverage ordering for HQ. Actively engage with our team members often to maintain a high level of organisational awareness and rapport therefore promoting staff events, engagement and activities.
**OFFICE CO-ORDINATION**
You will liaise with and manage relationships with facilities vendors and service providers. Manage maintenance issues efficiently and supervising and working with contractors as necessary (in conjunction with Operations), Ensure an efficient and inspiring working environment and smooth operation of the office is always maintained, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for First Aid, Evacuation and WHS Committee duties responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise (mainly as support) aswell as actively seek out relevant corporate discounts, perks, and experiences for staff, including onsite opportunities that are on brand and opportunities that allow staff to ‘give back’, i.e CSR initiatives, health and wellness, blood donation drives or volunteering. You will ensure we have an inspiring and seamless working environment. You will enjoy enhancing company culture, organising events, overseeing our social calendar and thinking of ways to make our teams day You will support provide high level assistance to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and general and varied assistance to all other staff when necessary.
