**The Role**
Frasers are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Saleyard and Logistics Regional Coordinator, this role spends their time at saleyard selling centres and will be a clear and concise communicator, collaborating to delivering the best customer service and the most efficient utilisation of the Frasers Livestock Transport (FLT) fleet.

Reporting to the Saleyard and Regional General Manager, this role will work alongside saleyard operators, customers, truck drivers, the Frasers fleet scheduling team and will manage the following responsibilities;
- Attend livestock sales and selling centres
- Maintain and build strong relationships with industry stakeholders including truck drivers, suppliers, and customers
- Manage customer bookings and communications with third party services; selling agents, saleyards, dip yards
- Co-ordinate and action trucking tasks in collaboration with the FLT Fleet scheduling team
- Monitor trucking tasks and manage truck drivers, including on-the-ground assistance to truck drivers by way of co-ordinating paperwork, taking delivery of cattle, drafting/loading/unloading livestock
- Identify potential issues, handling disruptions and delays and actioning appropriate corrective actions and communications

**The Person**
To be successful in this role, knowledge and experience within the livestock supply chain will be critical to your success, and experience in a customer facing role will also be highly valued, as will your:

- Passion for excellent customer service & communications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to initiate, make and execute a solution
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Dexterity and energy to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and a familiarity with trucking software and technology for efficient route planning and tracking, or the willingness to learn it
- Sound understanding of the Livestock industry and practical experience in animal husbandry practices
- Ability to travel extensively to different locations
