**About the Role**:
As a global OEM, we are paving the way with new technology, and we are seeking a dynamic, confident and experienced Operator Trainer to join our Technical Training Department.

In this role you will design, deliver and evaluate training programs focused on Liebherr’s mining plant and equipment to provide essential support to both internal and external customers.

**Skills and Duties**:
To be successful in this role, you will:

- Design, deliver, assess and evaluate operator training programs to meet internal and external customer requirements and improve operator knowledge, skills and capability
- Participate in training audits and assessments
- Provide reports for each assignment using Liebherr templates for customers
- Experience with operating / training Liebherr mining equipment would be highly desirable
- Be able to travel interstate and onto Customer mine sites to train in the field.

**Essential Requirements**:
This position will require you to have:

- TAE40116 or TAE40120 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the mining industry
- Operational and training experience on 100t to 600t excavators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.

Applicants successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening process which includes drug and alcohol testing.
