The opportunity exists for a professional and driven Service Coordinator to join our clients team in NSW. Reporting to the New South Wales Factory Manager, this role contributes to the effective and efficient operations of the service department in the NSW branch by providing quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Our client is seeking someone who has the ability to multitask, works well under pressure, has the highest level of attention to detail and who thrives on customer interaction and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all aspects of the Service and after sales department
- Ensure orders and requests are carried out in a timely manner
- Investigate complaints and resolve problems
- Coordinate service work between the service technicians
- Updating CRM with customer details
- Assist inbound sales, spares, and service enquiries by phone

**Required Skill and Experience**:

- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft office & CRM systems
- Excellent communication & telephone skills
- Ability to manage time and multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
