An exciting opportunity has become available to join our People and Performance (P&P) team on a full time permanent basis. We are looking for someone who is ready to build on their current HR experience, by stepping into P&P Consultant role where you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team who can help support your ER and generalist capability.
**In this generalist role, your responsibilities will include**:
- A blend between advising and HR business partnering
- Providing support to your internal customer on all people and employment matters to deliver to Red’s cultural and business objectives
- Working across the range of employment relations
- Developing remuneration recommendations and supporting remuneration and performance cycles
- Engaging in the businesses cultural streams like diversity and inclusion, people engagement, and mental health initiatives
- 1+ years of ER and generalist HR experience
- Relevant Degree or Diploma - e.g.HR Management
- An understanding on how to manage performance
- Strong customer focus and the desire to provide a great experience to internal customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in contact centre industry and/or retail operations is desirable
