The opportunity:
Join our expert team of Case Managers within our Group Claims area, to manage Income Protection claims effectively and efficiently within your authority level and have vast opportunities to develop and progress your career.

To do this successfully you will:

- Analyse and assess significant underwriting and claim cases with the aim of preventing fraud
- Provide advice in support of underwriting and claim decisions
- Respond to inquiries of a technical or complex nature through case management
- May work with third-parties and government authorities to support external investigation and prosecution of fraudulent cases

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Experience within life insurance is highly desirable
- Claims assessing experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Experience working with and interpreting multiple policies.
