**Position Summary**:

- Supervise the bar service period, exceeding guest expectations and fueling their curiosity
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Supervise the bar team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor by empowering and supporting your team
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions

**About You**:

- Relevant experience in a similar role
