We are seeking to hire a motivated **Multimedia Designer **to join our collaborative, high-growth organization located at our office based in our **Sydney office**, Australia.

The Multimedia Designer is principally responsible for developing multimedia design content including industrial design, renders, animations, video, audio and interactive content for the purpose of product delivery and marketing activities.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Deliver Industrial Design concepts for consumer and industrial products and ensure the selection of materials and the manufacturability of the product design will deliver a quality outcome whilst minimising production costs.
- Design packaging concepts and solutions that adheres to the Company’s design and brand guidelines.
- Create and assemble non-working 3D prints and non-working prototypes.
- Design graphic content including illustrations, infographics, and lifestyle product renders as required by internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate and provide support to both the in-house Senior Graphic designer and external agencies.
- Create animated designs and special visual effects for a variety of media platforms such as websites, presentations, videos and training material.
- Provide UX design input for new products, accessories, packaging and digital platforms.
- Assist with product User Acceptance Testing for new product introductions.
- Evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practical
- Consult with relevant internal stakeholders including Product Management, Engineering, Project Leads on design projects.
- Continually monitor and research competitor Industrial Design concepts to ensure continual delivery of best-in-class product designs.
- Work with Product Managers to evaluate new products and innovative solutions
- Liaise with suppliers and Manufacturing partners as required.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?**
- Tertiary degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or equivalent
- Relevant industry experience
- Proficient in designing with Creo or Solidworks (Creo preferred)
- Experience in Industrial and Graphic design
- Proficient using Keyshot, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficient using CAD or similar software solutions
- Ability to understand wider commercial impacts of day-to day design and
- Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to identifying and resolving problems
- Skillful communicator with strong interpersonal skills
