We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive Videographer to join our Marketing team to lead the production of videos, including scripting, filming, editing and post-production.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this newly created role will give you the opportunity to showcase your strong visual skills and ability to tell a story through your work.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Create a range of video content for ORS ranging from social media, training, podcast, vlog, animated and case study content
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Ensure seamless colour correction, music selection, sound design, creative editing, graphics and strong storytelling when editing
- Manipulate and edit video in a way that the editing is invisible to the watcher
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
- Create rough and final cuts ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
- Accurately subtitle in Australian English
- Abide by ORS style guides

**A few requirements**
- Minimum 1+ year’s experience in end to end Videography and/or Content creation
- Highly adept at using the full Adobe Suite (Adobe Premier, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Tertiary qualifications in Video production, Photography, Multimedia or related fields (desirable)
- Strong eye for detail with a focus on good aesthetics, lighting, shot composition and use of colour and graphics
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to meet quick turnaround times, multi-task, prioritise projects and communicate progress
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
- Experience working within Allied Health or knowledge of the NDIS (highly desirable)
