Upmarket general practice based in Mosman seeks a Front Desk Coordinator for their busy practice. The position will suit someone who is looking to progress within the dental industry.

This is a full time position 38 hours per week, with one day off per week. This is a multi chair practice with both Dentist’s and Dental Hygienist’s. The practice provides a comprehensive range of services including cosmetic dentistry and implants, oral surgery, endodontics and crown and bridge. This position would suit someone who is used to providing a high standard of patient care and has excellent attention to detail

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Answering multi line phone system
- Accounts
- Making appointments
- Filing
- Confirming appointments
- Recalls
- Customer service
- other administrative tasks as required

**Essential Attributes**:

- 1-2 years experience in the dental industry
- Good command of the English language
- Intermediate computers skills
- Professional presentation
