Wellness Clinic Customer Service Attendant

**The position**

Our Tsavo team members are expected to excel at guiding our members through the premium services and experiences we offer. We’re looking for individuals to take initiative and pride in their role, ensuring every member has an experience that leaves them feeling better than when they arrived. This role suits those passionate about health and wellbeing, who excel in delivering exceptional member experiences.

**In this role you will be required to**:

- Greet our guests and always provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Initiative to develop an understanding of the services/programs that TSAVO offers.
- Use your service knowledge to guide and recommend clients onto packages, memberships or programs according to their needs.
- Working through daily checklists to ensure all areas of the centre are clean and presented to the standard expected.
- Utilise the computer & our software systems to look up member details, process purchases & assist members with their bookings.
- Ensure all facilities, service rooms and equipment are cleaned and prepared for the next client.
- Assist the senior management where directed.
- Perform opening & closing duties in a timely manner.
- Follow directions, prioritize & complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties when required with initiative.

**What you will need to succeed**
- A passion to work in the industry of health, fitness & wellness.
- Previous Customer Service Experience with excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation.
- A “can do” attitude with a thirst for learning & ambition for growth.
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and guide guests when necessary.
- Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional & well-presented.
- Be highly motivated & an adaptable team player with the ability to multitask and show initiative.
- Communicate & uphold, policies & procedures of the business to customers and staff.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates is desirable.
- Have Australian working rights.
- A strong independent worker and a great team worker.

**Being available and willing to work on weekends as well as weekdays is essential. We also require someone available to work in the December/January holiday period.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
