**We’re Hiring: Territory Leader - Dog Walker Support & Growth (Sydney)**

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about pups _and_ people — someone who wants to support our growing team of walkers, help build relationships, and make sure every dog in our care gets the best walk of their life.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Welcome and support new dog walkers & sitters** as they join our team
- **Train, mentor, and build relationships** with staff so they feel confident and supported
- **Check in on dogs and walkers**, making sure everyone’s happy, safe, and having fun
- **Help us grow our presence** in new areas by making sure we have coverage, great staff, and a local presence
- **Ensure quality and consistency**, so our clients always get a premium experience
- **Act as a bridge** between our office team and our field team — nothing gets missed when you’re involved

**Who This Role is For**:

- You’re **already working with dogs** (walker, sitter, trainer, vet nurse, etc.)
- You’re a **people person** — you enjoy mentoring others and building trust
- You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable giving feedback kindly
- You want a **flexible field-based role**, not stuck behind a desk
- You’re excited to help shape something meaningful as we grow
