Lendlease are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and experienced Village Administrator to join the team at Townsend Park Retirement Village in Hove South Australia. You will be working on a Permanent Part Time basis (8am - 4pm).

Your role will involve providing customer service to our residents and visitors, supporting the general operation of the village as well as providing direct support to the Village Manager through a variety of tasks including property maintenance support.

Your role will involve the following:

- Liaise with contractors, including onboarding and compliance
- A sound knowledge of EH&S is an advantage
- Village register upkeep
- Organising Well Being events, including sourcing guest speakers
- Relief accounts payable/receivable
- Familiar with PeoplePoint; CMS or similar systems is preferred
- Be able to cover annual and personal leave throughout the year

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October as well as provide proof of the COVID-19 Vaccination with supporting documentation prior to joining. For selected roles more physical in nature, pre-employment medical assessments may also be required prior to any employment offers being made.
