Our Tastelife program is recognised worldwide and links all the elements of healthy eating, education, exercise and lifestyle activities to give a holistic approach to ensure residents mental and physical wellbeing. We are seeking a passionate and highly driven fitness professionals to join our Taste Life team.
**The Position**
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the Village Community Engagement Plan (CEP), Village Community Services Plan (VCSP) & Tastelife Operations on site & in the local community as applicable.
- Leading ESS village community engagement efforts
- Implement actions associated with increasing resident engagement and participation to create a healthy, engaged and connected village community.
- Responsible to for the day-to-day management of Tastelife program delivery at each site.
- Ensure that all tasks are performed with due regard for all Health & Safety regulations and adherence to Our Safety Culture is expected.
**The Person**
- A Certificate III in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation or health related degree is essential
- Minimum six (6) months experience working in health promotion, community or event coordination or similar position
- Prior experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- High level interpersonal skills including a proven capability to work in a manner consistent with Compass Values and Behaviour
- Experience with or passion for promoting cultural diversity
- Flexibility in work hours/roster
- Australian manual drivers’ licence (desirable)
- Recent Federal Police Clearance (6 months)
- Proven capability in developing, delivering and evaluating community engagement projects.
- Administration background or demonstrated analytical and research skills, including conducting research and community consultation.
- Relevant qualification such as Trainer or TAE
- Hospitality background
