**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a Roving Clinical Operations to work with our team in South Australia. An experienced person who enjoys leading by example and is passionate about quality care. Your role in Clinical Operations is to lead and inspire people to deliver great care in our homes in a commercially sustainable and person-centred way that delivers in making every day the best it can be. This role is a member of the SA/WA Operations Team - supporting projects and compliance drivers.

**Your responsibilities and outcomes in this role will be**:

- Support a cluster of customer centric homes which deliver exceptional person-centred care
- Demonstrate inspirational people leadership and shape a positive and engaging culture
- Support clinical governance across our homes to ensure contemporary, safe and quality Care is delivered at all times
- Support a Model of Care which creates an environment promoting continuous lifestyle choices for all Residents
- Provide leadership and guidance, remodelling and supervision to the day-to-day activities of care teams including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers

**To be successful in this role you will have**
- Strong communication skills including group education sessions
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
- Good computer literacy
- APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse is a requirement
- Aged Care experience is essential
