Allity currently has a Roving General Manager role available to work across our Homes in South Australia. This person needs to have the flexibility to cover leave at various Homes throughout the year. You'll join a fabulous team at Allity, and enjoy a supportive environment.

**Your responsibilities and outcomes in this role**:

- Help build customer centric homes that delivers exceptional person-centered care
- Deliver commercially superior and sustainable results that deliver on our operational and financial objectives
- Demonstrate inspirational people leadership and shape a positive and engaging culture
- Establish and leverage collaborative network relationships, working in partnership to deliver successful outcomes
- The ability to travel across our network of SA homes to help support when needed

**To be successful in this role**:

- Strong people management skills
- High degree of business acumen
- Excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
- Good computer literacy
- Familiar with ACFI requirements
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with aged care management experience (desirable)
