**About the Opportunity**

As a Talent Acquisition Partner the part you play in finding the right, best people for ALH Group is hugely important. You will work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice and partner with your stakeholders on employer branding initiatives. Your success will stem from your prior significant experience in the hospitality industry and your ability to build strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally.

**About You**
- You will have worked in a high-volume recruitment role before, either agency or in-house, but ideally in hospitality
- Ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders
- You will be proactive when it comes to souring talent and the effective use of traditional (and not-so-traditional) channels to build a pipeline
- Partner with all hiring managers in the your region to gain understanding of requirements and resourcing plans for all roles
- Become an expert within the assigned region to understand and provide insight into resourcing trends and challenges
- Work with your manager to explore attraction channels and ensure they are innovative and show a return on investment
