Nestled away in a prestigious industrial estate, this world-leading group, servicing a variety of customers, including manufacturing and process industries, shipyards, ports, and terminals, is renowned for its lifting solutions coupled with servicing of the equipment.

Their objective is to improve the safety and productivity of customers' operations.

**THE ROLE**
This role is a maternity leave contract, there could be a possibility of extension however at this point it remains 8 - 12 months

Reporting to the National HR Manager the organisation is focused on finding the "right person to recruit for the business", and mindful of work-lifestyle balance, there will be WFH options after probation, allowing you flexibility while you add value to your current experiences.

Responsibilities will be for the lifecycle of the recruitment and selection process across Australasia.

Core duties will include:

- Coordination of employment matters across the business.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the line managers and senior stakeholders.
- Providing accurate data in end-to-end specialist talent acquisition including; strategy, screening, assessment, selection, and contract negation;
- Working as a trustworthy collaborator to the business using data and intelligence to inform recruitment tactics and strategies.
- Advertising Roles via recruitment platforms
- Reviewing Seek ad responses.
- Create bi-weekly reporting on recruitment activities
- Champion feedback to managers on reasons for employees leaving.
- Monitoring ad response on the Company career page

**THE ESSENTIALS**
- Recent recruitment experience within an HR team
- Advisory or partner experience in a large organisation.
- Have worked/recruited in a white/blue collar/ environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- A person with a can-do attitude, who thrives on timelines and a variety.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are an advantage.
