Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our Clinics at Rosebud, Beleura, Frankston Private, Peninsula Private and the Bays in Mornington. This is a full time, permanent position to work rotating shifts between 7am and 5.45pm, Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
