Denture Clinic Receptionist

We are looking to hire a confident team member administrator to compliment and support our dynamic team at Dentures 4 You.
Previous Dental experience preferable but not a must. We can train.
Previous admin experience of FOC or reception duties is a must.
Front Office Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of dental office
- Open and close dental office according to office protocol
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism or delegating appropriately.
- Greeting patients, always providing a wow customer care.
- Distributing mail and parcels
- Scanning patient documents and updating patient's records
- Do patients check out, accounts and organise future appointments if needed
- using D4W Medical System
- Working with the practice manager and produce weekly or monthly financial reports if required
Patient Management
- Maintain a professional reception area
- organize patient education materials, etc.
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice Check in patients according to office protocol, verifying and updating patient information
- Manage recall and inactive patient system Oversee patient relations & handle patient complaints, Help explain office policy to patients
- Confirm the next day's appointments according to protocol and patient preferences
- Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time
- Check patient quick-fill list to try to fill in cancellation and no-show appointment times
- Collect payment from patients at the time of treatment
- Make follow-up appointments as needed
- Prepare financial treatment plans and present plan options to patient at end of their appointment
- Occasional assistance with sterilisation or chair side assisting when required
- You will be required to travel between our clinics located in Southern Eastern side of Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula
