You will be joining a company within a blue-collar industry.

**Your new role**

As a HR Manager you will be working in a standalone capacity and looking after all the aspects within HR, including:

- Implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's vision and values
- Managing the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing to hiring, for various positions across the company
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and career development
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as health and safety, workers' compensation, and equal opportunity
- Coordinating and facilitating training and development programs for employees at all levels
- Preparing and analyzing HR reports and metrics, and recommending improvements as needed

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your experience in a similar role will lead you to success, as well as:

- A tertiary degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a blue-collar sector
- Experience dealing with merge, acquisitions and organizational design and changes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
