**Position Overview**: As a Human Resources Professional in At-Home Aged Care Services, you will play a vital role in recruiting, training, and supporting our caregiving team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with leadership, caregivers, and external stakeholders to create a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters professional growth and employee engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new caregivers are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional care to our clients.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support the growth and success of our caregiving team, including skills enhancement, continuing education, and career advancement.
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance evaluations, coaching, and recognition programs, to promote excellence and accountability among caregivers.
- Serve as a trusted resource for caregivers, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, teamwork, respect, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies related to human resources, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, training, and employee relations. Experience under the aged care and disability sector.
- Experience using Turn Point, Dropbox, and have intermediate or advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- A Police Check and Background Reference checks.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism in all aspects of HR management.
- Need Compassion and Empathy in working with the aged persons or community.
- Need to have work rights to work in Australia.
- Need to have an Australian working visa with up to 40 hours working a week.
- Have strong language skills, because you will be working with a majority of Arabic speaking background elderly, but Arabic speaking not required.
