Human Resources Generalist - Up to $50 per hour + Super

**Your new company**

Your new company is a local government organisation looking for an HR generalist to join their team on an initial contract of 3 months with a view to extension or permanency.

**Your new role**

In your new role you will be responsible for:

- End to end employee lifecycle activities
- Assisting with implementation of new awards
- First point of contact for HR related matters
- Assisting with employee grievances
- Assist with performance management project

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed, you will ideally:

- Hold a qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Have demonstrable experience in a similar position
