**Role Responsibilities**:
- Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships.
- Develop new business with new customers to enlarge sales quotas.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs.
- Provide updated sales promotions information to customers.
- Keep abreast with the market competitive advantage.
- Provide inputs and assistance in pricing model, quotations, and products improvements.
**Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role**:
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to influence decision
- Accountability for time and efficiency
- Relevant qualifications with Refrigeration/HVAC industry experience highly desirable
