**About the role**

Infectious Clothing Company is seeking a Retail & Customer Service Assistant to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis (25 Hours Per Week) in Kunda Park, Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing e-commerce company, with the opportunity to build your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

**What you'll be doing**

**Retail**:

- Greet and assist customers in-store, helping them find the perfect uniforms and accessories.
- Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep the retail space well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
- Assist with online order fulfilment and click and collect pick ups.

**Customer Service**:

- Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Enter orders into the point of sale system with precision.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on our products, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Support the warehouse team with various fulfilment duties as needed.

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in retail and customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and the willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 20kg
- Available Monday to Friday 12noon till 5pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
