Our client is one of the leading brands in Real Estate, seeking a Sales Associate to join their growing team. This opportunity will be to work directly with one of the Directors who is one of the areas leading agents. Based out of slick offices in the Ryde/Macquarie Park area, to be a part of a friendly and supportive culture, with a focus on growth and development.

**The Role**:

- Client prospecting;
- Gathering market intelligence;
- Assisting in developing marketing materials;
- Handling prospective buyer enquiries;
- Pre-settlement inspections;
- Pre & post appraisals follow up;
- Networking;
- Assisting with open homes and inspections;
- Database management;
- Assisting with home appraisals;
- Assisting with listing properties for sale; and
- General administration.
