The Harvest Leading Hand is responsible for assisting the Picking Supervisor with the management and implementation of the picking strategies in order to achieve budgeted production levels.

**About the role**:
There is more to fruit picking then you would think Although this can be a physical role, the people, culture, safety focus, continuous innovation, and learning really makes you jump of out bed every day

In this role you will be required to:

- Undertake picking to ensure target times are achieved
- Provide support to Harvest Supervisor and staff
- Driving picking trolley
- Manage training schedule of all new picking recruits
- Perform higher duties in absence of Supervisor
- Patience and diversity awareness
- Planning & organisational skills
- Ability to follow procedures & instructions
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to differentiate between red, orange, yellow and green
