**The Company**
A multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultancy with projects throughout NSW. Working across Urban, Land Development and Infrastructure projects.

It has an established history operating in Australia and has built a great business, with experienced business leaders and mentors.

**The Role**
- Permanent position as a Civil Draftsperson
- Civil drafting using AutoCAD
- Join a medium to large sized business working on some landmark, high profile projects
- Utilize AutoCAD software to create accurate and detailed civil engineering drawings
- Collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of design calculations and technical specifications as necessary.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to drafting standards.
- Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD techniques and industry standards to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**The Requirements**
- Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a drafter in Australia
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, terminology, and design standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create accurate and precise drawings.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prveious experience gained working in a consulting engineering environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices is an asset.
- A can do attitude
- Able to work with a multi-disciplinary team of Design Engineers and Drafters
