We are about to transform our supply chain systems and need a strong We are about to transform our supply chain systems and need a strong **Project Lead/Analyst** to lead and support projects that enhance business systems, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. This position is an integral part of the team to lead projects, capture business process, collect requirements, and communicate effectively to take senior leadership through the journey.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and manage the project delivery of projects across the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop business cases, and secure funding.
- Responsible for monitoring, tracking and recording day-to-day project progress.
- Analyse and document business requirements, including process mapping, data modelling, and reporting needs.
- Coordinate project teams and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in systems and processes.

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and business analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in technical tools and frameworks, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, customer focus, and high-performance teamwork.
- Experience leading supply chain, logistics, or distribution projects would be highly regarded.
