As our new Quality Analyst Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving quality outcomes at scale - leading a passionate team, uplifting testing practices and embedding performance strategies that make a real difference to our customers and teams. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking technology group that’s all about continuous improvement, innovation and inspiring you to give it a red hot go.As a Quality Analyst Lead you will:* Lead and grow a team of 10+ Quality Analysts and Senior Analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and high performance.* Shape and deliver a test strategy that supports agile product development across both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and in-house platforms.* Champion test automation - designing frameworks, embedding practices and enabling squads to deliver faster, more reliable outcomes.* Drive performance testing programs that enhance customer experience and ensure scalability and supportability.* Collaborate with delivery leads, architects and product owners to align testing across the full delivery lifecycle - from system testing to UAT.* Leverage modern tools (including AI-powered solutions) to uplift testing capabilities and streamline delivery.* Influence ways-of-working and contribute to shaping a positive, outcome-focused team culture.### **About You**You are a people-focused leader who excels in fast-paced, agile environments. You’ll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that values trust, respect and teamwork, where everyone backs each other, celebrates achievements and learns from challenges.### **You'll additionally need:*** 10+ years’ experience in quality assurance or related fields.* 5+ years’ leadership experience, ideally in cross-functional delivery teams.* Proven expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (open-source and codeless).* Experience with performance testing and integrating validation into CI/CD pipelines.* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.* A track record of delivering technology change in a product-led environment.* Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.If you’re excited by the opportunity to lead, innovate and make a real impact - this could be your next big move.
