As our new Quality Analyst Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving quality outcomes at scale - leading a passionate team, uplifting testing practices and embedding performance strategies that make a real difference to our customers and teams. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking technology group that’s all about continuous improvement, innovation and inspiring you to give it a red hot go.As a Quality Analyst Lead you will:* Lead and grow a team of 10+ Quality Analysts and Senior Analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and high performance.* Shape and deliver a test strategy that supports agile product development across both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and in-house platforms.* Champion test automation - designing frameworks, embedding practices and enabling squads to deliver faster, more reliable outcomes.* Drive performance testing programs that enhance customer experience and ensure scalability and supportability.* Collaborate with delivery leads, architects and product owners to align testing across the full delivery lifecycle - from system testing to UAT.* Leverage modern tools (including AI-powered solutions) to uplift testing capabilities and streamline delivery.* Influence ways-of-working and contribute to shaping a positive, outcome-focused team culture.### **About You**You are a people-focused leader who excels in fast-paced, agile environments.
