**General Manager **to lead the team at Fratelli Fresh Grosvenor

**About you**
- Previous management experience in a fine dining environment
- A lead-by-example leadership with a focus on staff progression
- Excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on team and guest satisfaction

**About the Role**

This role will provide you with fantastic career progression and development.
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
- Having a proactive, and solution-focused approach to improving guest satisfaction
- Overseeing all venue operations including the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
- Upholding operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture
