**Your new company**

This Federal Government Organisation is located in Melbourne CBD (hybrid work model - 2x in the office). They are looking for an experience Lead Business Analyst to support BA and Process analysis delivery across all Infrastructure Projects within a large program in the organisation.

**Your new role**

We are looking for an looking for a dynamic Lead Business Analyst to work with a high level of complexity or sensitivity projects.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Manage the Stream BA and PA resource pool, providing people leadership (incl performance management), supporting recruitment, allocation, and planning.
- Develop and manage the BA Approach for each project.
- Work with the BA Capability and leadership team to ensure BA and PA activities and deliverables align to BA Capability and Program objectives and expectations.
- Contribute to the alignment of the stream with the broader program, ensuring consistency of BA and PA outcomes and activities.
- Undertake RACI Reviews for BA, PA, and Non-BA/PA Deliverables as per the program Delivery Framework (or delegate individually as appropriately).
- Ensure that appropriate BA and PA resources are assigned to the projects to support project delivery, including supporting other resources undertaking development, design, build, test, implementation, change management and close out activities as directed by projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 5 years of experience working as Lead Business Analyst
- At least 7 years' experience working as Senior Business Analyst
- Proven ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with stakeholders to proactively remove impediments to progress
- Must be Australian Citizen to Apply
