Infrastructure Lead This is a rare hands-on Infrastructure Lead to step within the sustainability sector in an autonomous position shaping high impact processes. If you enjoy coding and automation, and want a role where you have a builder mentality this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end IT function across the business
- Automate manual tasks and streamline internal operations through scripting and coding
- Maintain and support our Linux-based infrastructure
- Manage and monitor Postgres and legacy MySQL production databases (no external DBA support)
- Administer Google Workspace
- Interface with our MSP where necessary - but you/'re the expert on the ground
What You Bring
- Proven experience working solo or in small IT teams, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Strong BASH scripting proficiency
- Ability to read and understand JavaScript and Python
- Comfort operating outside of the Microsoft stack - we don/'t use it
- Hands-on experience managing Postgres and out-of-support MySQL in production
- Prior experience with Google Workspace administration
