THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Head of Cleaning, you will effectively manage all service operations across the state portfolio, ensuring the delivery of services meet City standards and specifications and exceed partner expectations.

A seasoned multi-site leader and or leader of large teams, you are ready for career progression with a rapidly expanding business. You will demonstrate expertise of multi-faceted service operations, service governance and compliance in a highly regulated sector.

You will establish strong relationships with partner stakeholders and ensure KPI’s and OH&S requirements are met. As a key member of the leadership team, you will influence and shape the operating model to deliver exceptional service outcomes

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead, coach & develop a motivated and diverse service focused team
- Conduct periodic audits in store, verifying cleaning activities are performed in accordance with agreed scope.
- Ensure all services are delivered safely, efficiently and 100% aligned to specifications and compliance.
- Support Team Members with OHS&E awareness, incident response and grievance resolution with stakeholders
- Effectively manage and report on all compliance related incidents.
- Provide functional planning, management and communication between brand management and contractor resources
- Establish an environment that encourages continuous improvement and quality outcomes.

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- Experience in leading & supervising multi-site and or large-scale operations teams
- Proven expertise in managing service contracts and multiple providers together with a self-delivered workforce
- Knowledge and understanding of retail operations & OH&S, compliance requirements
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to read and analyse financial reports and results
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) - essential
