CREST Education comprises two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,100 students, an Equestrian Centre and Environmental Reserve at Clyde North.

Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels.

Rivercrest Christian College, which opened in 2014, currently has Early Learning to Year 10 students.

The Early Learning Centres at Rivercrest and Hillcrest are modern facilities providing high quality early learning experiences for children aged 3 to 5 years.

The variety of casual roles include:

- Administration
- ELC Assistants - require Certificate III or Diploma; from 2 hours to full days and fixed term positions
- Food Services - require Food Handlers certificate
- Learning Diversity Assistants - require Certificate III or Certificate of Education Support
- Music Tutors - instrumental lessons
- Property/Maintenance - require Construction Induction (white) card
- Equestrian
- Outdoor Education camp staff
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to the Christian ethos of CREST Education._
