**Support Workers Needed - Clyde Area**

**About the Role**
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to provide consistent care and assistance to an NDIS participant across all 7 days of the week.
- A valid driver’s license and confidence driving the participant’s vehicle
- Own vehicle for travel to and from work
- Clear and fluent English communication skills
- Able to assist with daily activities, including cleaning, social and community participation, implementing Behaviour Support Plan interventions, and supporting physiotherapy exercises.
- Ability to assist with making and attending appointments
- Ability to follow directions and complete all required tasks
- Non-smoker
- No health conditions involving coughing, sniffing, or frequent throat clearing
- Comfortable around cats and dogs
- Willingness to wear PPE when required
- Commitment to completing a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) before each shift and only attending with a negative result
- Strict adherence to infection control protocols, including not attending shifts when unwell, even with minor symptoms

**Required Qualifications and Checks**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards/completed) or higher healthcare qualification
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Police Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence and car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
- Medication Management Training
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
