**The Role**

As the Construction Coordinator, you will be providing support to the Hi-Point Construction Team and their stakeholders to facilitate the construction and service process. You will be a point of contact for Construction and Service related queries and will be required to deliver a high standard of customer care.

You'll be joining a dynamic and pro-active team working in synergy with each other, the role will include:

- Processing work orders for subcontractors
- Provide support to the roofing supervisor and service team
- Ordering of roofing material and fall protection
- Providing regular and accurate reports on the status of all tasks
- Managing all tasks, ensuring timeframes are met

**You**

We are looking for someone with;
- Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to interpret building plans and specifications
- Good computer skills
- Experience with managing your own work schedule to ensure targets are met
- Previous experience working in a similar role and/or residential construction knowledge will be highly regarded, however not essential
