**About the Role**

TMHA is looking for a self-driven and experienced individual to join our corporate sales team to effectively develop and maintain key corporate account customers at our Moorebank location.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, always searching for ways to maximise our growth opportunities for all TMHA products and services.
- Ensure customers short term rental needs are met in a timely and commercially responsible way.
- Resolve all related service challenges within your portfolio of customers.
- Search for methods to increase TMHA profitability and improve customers MHE outcomes.
- When necessary, collect customer debt.
- Review fleet management reports and recommend operational improvements for TMHA customers.
- Work with all departments/ suppliers to ensure we deliver a pristine customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements (such as the Competition and Consumer Act and Privacy Act) in the sale of our products and services to minimise risk, exposure, and liability.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback such as competitor activity and customer developments.
- Conduct regular and meaningful customer care calls, establishing any problems we can find and resolve to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Skills and experience**:

- Strong background and experience in marketing and sales (from both wholesale and retail perspective)
- Sales, service, and customer relationship management experience in material handling industry is highly desirable
- Strong effective consultation and sales skills
- Resilient, positive nature and willingness to invest significant energy in problem solving activities
- Ability to manage their time and is self-motivated.
- Proficient computer skills and reporting capability.
