**Recruitment Consultant - Hospitality**

**Based: Melbourne or Perth both excellent locations**

Lorg Talent Australia are part of an International success story and we are continuing to grow, which require the need for a **Recruitment Consultant **with experience in the **Hospitality** Industry.

**The Role**

This is an autonomous role and you will be treated as such, responsible for your own sales, filling your own jobs and generally raising revenue by servicing your customers well. We don’t micro-manage, but we do expect results. Having said this we have small teams and have a strong team culture and you will definitely be key to maintaining and developing the culture in the office.

**About you**

We are looking for:

- Experience recruiting in the Hospitality Industry (minimum 2 years)
- Drive, Ambition & Commitment
- A positive and upbeat disposition
- Proven Sales and Business Development skills
- Prior work in the hospitality sector is an added bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software/tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
