**About your new role**
Are you a resilient and patient individual who loves making a big impacts and helping where it counts? We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers to support customers within our Supported Independent Living Service. This role is Casual with potential for permanent opportunities. You will be assisting customers aid in daily tasks and providing support through challenging and complex behaviours. Our Disability Support Workers thrive in teaching our valued customers skills to shape and improve their lives when it comes time to transition into Long Term Accommodation and integration.

**About you**
- Demonstrate high levels of expertise in complex support environments including Hospital Settings and SIL Services
- Provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Experience with PEG feeding, medication assistance, personal care, slide sheets and hoist use.
- You will have previous experience in complex and challenging behaviours
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations
- You have flexibility to work across a variety of shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night and Overnight)

**You will have the following to qualify for this role**
- Full COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current First Aid Certificate CPR Certificate
- Driver’s Licence

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $26.77 - $40.71 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
