As the Incident & Insurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of incidents and insurance claims within our organization. **About the role...**
- Serve as a point of contact for all incident and insurance-related matters within the organization.
- Proactively monitor and manage incidents, accidents, and claims from initiation to resolution.
- Maintain accurate incident and insurance records, ensuring that all relevant data is properly documented and filed.
- Stay up-to-date and understand industry regulations, insurance policies, and best practices related to incident management and insurance claims.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers regarding incident reporting, insurance processes, and risk management strategies.
- Provide feedback for innovate ways to improve legal and compliance systems.

**About you...**
- Experience in risk management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in incident management, insurance claims, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and relevant databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards is a plus.
