**About the role**:
As the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors to Warrigal Coniston, you will provide professional assistance and services to all customers and the wider community. Using your excellent customer service and communication skills you will develop high quality professional customer relationships. You will also support the Management team by completing various administrative tasks in the day-to-day operation of Warrigal Coniston.
**To be successful you will need**:

- At least 2 years previous experience in office administration.
- Demonstrated high level of oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures including cash handling and data entry.
- Ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member
- An affinity with older people.
