An exciting opportunity exists for a
Client Services Scheduling Officer
to join our Community Care Team, based in Dapto NSW. This challenging role requires a committed individual, with excellent initiative, judgment, and administrative ability.
About The Role
This position reports to the Aged Care Senior Manager and is a permanent full-time position, working 830-5pm Monday to Friday in our Dapto office.
This position works in collaboratively with the CareWays Aged Care Team assisting with scheduling Care Workers, liaising with service users, supporting CHSP client assessments and reviews and providing administrative and clerical services. Performing this role in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that day to day operations of the service and office are managed smoothly and professionally.
We seek a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, with rostering experience in the Disability or Aged Care, if you have a background in rostering and a solid grasp of the community support sector, we want to hear from you.

About You
To be considered you must have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications at Certificate 3 level /and or 3 years' experience working in a high-volume rostering position in the aged care or disability Sector
- Demonstrated ability to organise and priorities tasks, work effectively with minimal supervision and under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines and use resources effectively and efficiently
- Excellent data entry and computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Problem solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Understanding and awareness of industrial instruments in relation to rostering employees
- Demonstrated flexibility to accommodate changing needs and/or situations as they arise day to day
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent data entry and computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
- COVID-19 Booster Vaccination
- Experience working with and/or demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Programs including Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Packages
- Experience managing customer calls and face to face contact
- Experience with Visual Care (desirable)
